This will only be for Cadets attending the Newham competition which has been confirmed as taking place. The next beginners course and return of the Reader Cadets to Acacia will still be on Saturday 8th January 2011 at 9:30 am.

Due to the continuing poor weather conditions, Acacia Hall is shut on Saturday 4th December, so there will be no additional fencing held for the Reader Cadets who have the Newham competition. The likelihood of the competition taking place is being assessed. The next beginners course and return of the Reader Cadets to Acacia will be on Saturday 8th January 2011 at 9:30 am.

The Len Camin Open 2010 has been moved forward to June 5th this year. It was very popular last year and we are looking forward to an even better turnout this year!

Kent Epee champions for another year, and i'm sure for a few more years at least yet! It was a hard fought title but as always Bexley prevailed.

The inaugural Len Camin Open was a success for all at the Bexley Fencing Club. Fun, effecient and well attended. Taking home the measures of success were Sarah Steacy and Maribel Glogowski with third placings in Paul Reader trophy event (Ladies Epee). Amanda Webster was the runner up to the eventual winner - Kate Dowlan. The men's event was a hard fought battle for the Len Camin Trophy. Matthew Dodwell and Robin Davenport went home with third placings, Tim Buzwell with second and Dudley Tredger showed his tenacity with first place.

Sunday (7th December) Bexley won the kent team Epee we entered three teams and Bexley A brought home the win but bexley spirit means it was a team effort, and theres no way that we could've done it without the support of everyone there. Good job guys!
